Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Service Engineer specializing in pharmaceutical machineries. The Service Engineer will handle daily tasks including troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, maintenance, and repair of machinery. They will also ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsive service.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Field Service experience to support and assist customers on-site
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Technical support skills for providing remote or on-site assistance
  • Maintenance & Repair skills to ensure the longevity and proper functioning of equipment
  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical machinery or related industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical fields, or related disciplines
