Position: Product Testing Specialist

Location: Lotus Kamal Tower-2, Gulshan-1, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities

On-site Testing Tasks:

• Conduct multi-dimensional testing for APP and Web products, including functionality, performance, compatibility, and user experience.
• Execute test cases and record results to ensure stable operation under local network conditions and device environments.

Issue Reporting and Follow-up:

• Identify and summarize issues and bugs encountered in real usage scenarios, and promptly communicate with domestic R&D and product teams.
• Assist in analyzing root causes of issues and monitor the progress of fixes.

Local Market Adaptation Verification:

• Verify that UI, language, legist processes, and location services comply with local user habits.
• Collect user feedback and business suggestions to provide references for product optimization.

Competitive Product Research and Analysis:

• Test and analyze the performance, user experience, and functionality of similar APP/Web products in the local market.

Job Requirements:

• Must be local in Bangladesh, familiar with local networks, devices, and user habits.
• Experience in APP or Web testing (Internet product testing experience preferred).
• Good command of English and Bengali
• Proficient in testing on Android and PC browsers.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete testing tasks and reports on time.
• Experience in working with cross-border teams is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with software testing methods and tools (Postman, etc.)
• Experience in testing e-commerce, social media, or payment products
• Willingness to travel or perform field tests as needed
