Assistant Manager, International Sales & Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new sales market, international clients and business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to establish oversea market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with international buyers and distributors.
  • Follow up on leads promptly and ensure conversion into long-term customers.
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings to generate and close deals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report international sales performance and forecast future growth.

Educational Requirements

  • Masters
