Prediction Infotech Limited is a fast-growing technology company specializing in SaaS products, mobile applications, and secure cloud systems. We're looking for a Software Engineer who can not only build strong software but also collaborate across teams, guide junior members, and contribute to architecture and design decisions as we continue to scale.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality, cloud-connected applications and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to turn ideas into production-ready features.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior engineers when required.
  • Integrate and manage biometric devices with secure, real-time cloud data synchronization.
  • Participate in system architecture planning and ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain clean, testable codebases.
  • Contribute to DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on software development, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based projects.
  • Strong experience in PHP (Laravel); experience with , , or Python (Django/Flask) is highly preferred. Familiarity with API design, microservices architecture, and RESTful or GraphQL services is an advantage.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, with practical experience in , , or both. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
  • Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Skilled in API design and integration (Postman, RESTful APIs). Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS / Google Cloud / Azure / Digital Ocean.
  • Familiarity with biometric device SDKs, data synchronization, and secure transmission of biometric data.
  • Experience with Docker, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools.
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Slack.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Strong team player with the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
  • Able to step up on emergencies
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving mindset. A proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement.
