PRAN-RFL Group is looking for a passionate and skilled
Software Engineer (PHP)
to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our in-house software solutions and web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP (preferably Laravel/CodeIgniter framework).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Write clean, secure, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and web services as required.
  • Participate in code reviews, software testing, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices and industry standards.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy systems to modern frameworks or platforms.
  • Maintain technical documentation for all developments and implementations.

Educational Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
  • Proven experience in working with PHP frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.
  • Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, or React is a plus).
  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
