Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Audit Manager located in Dhaka. The Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial audits, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, evaluating internal controls, managing audit teams, and reporting findings to senior management. The role also involves developing and implementing audit frameworks, communicating with stakeholders, and providing recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Audits
  • Strong Analytical Skills, Finance, and Accounting knowledge
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and report writing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management or a similar role
