Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive located in Dhaka. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service, and offering customer support. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with customers to understand their needs, promoting services, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and continuously updating the customer database.
