Nerddevs ltd is a technology company based in Dhaka, specializing in developing high-quality, robust solutions using cutting-edge technologies. We have been building world-class software since 2015.

We are seeking a high-energy and results-obsessed Tele-sales/Telemarketing Executive to drive revenue growth for our software products, including Biddaan. Your mission will be to manage the full sales cycle over the phone, from initial prospecting to closing the deal. We are looking for a true "closer" who is motivated by clear targets and an attractive, uncapped commission structure. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Outbound Prospecting: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.

• Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process over the phone, from qualifying leads and demonstrating product value to negotiating terms and closing sales.

• Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will have a clear quota and a direct financial incentive to surpass it.

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline of your deals in our CRM system.

• Client Communication: Ensure a professional and positive experience for every client you interact with.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞-𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞, with a strong preference for tele-sales experience.

• A proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• An excellent, persuasive, and confident telephone manner.

• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

• Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by financial incentives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
