Freight Management Ltd, a leading international freight forwarder, is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Senior Pricing Manager
to join our
Import & Export Department
handling both
Seafreight and Airfreight
operations.

This is a critical role that directly supports our business development and operations by ensuring competitive, accurate, and profitable pricing solutions for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pricing strategy for both import and export lanes (Sea & Air)
  • Negotiate competitive rates with
    Carriers
    ,
    Airlines
    ,
    Co-loader
    s, and
    Overseas agents
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to ensure margin optimization
  • Coordinate closely with sales and operations teams to support RFQs, tenders, and spot inquiries
  • Develop and maintain a strong database of freight rates, surcharges, and tariffs
  • Monitor and respond to pricing escalations and urgent requests in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with overseas partners to secure nomination-based pricing advantages
  • Drive process improvements within the pricing function

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 8
    + years of experience
    in pricing within a freight forwarding or logistics environment
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, freight rates, INCOTERMS, and trade compliance
  • Proven negotiation skills with Carriers, NVOCCs, Airlines, and Vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and pricing platforms
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of quotation requests
