Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Dhaka. The Executive will manage and oversee various aspects of operations, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, maintaining communication with clients, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations Management, Team Coordination, and Process Improvement.
  • Quality Assurance expertise with attention to detail and knowledge of garment production processes.
  • Excellent Communication, Client Management, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dhaka with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
  • Experience in the garment or textile industry is highly beneficial.
