Fabrilife is seeking a visionary Lead Fashion Designer with extensive experience in women's wear to drive our creative direction and lead the design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing market-relevant collections and the ability to guide and mentor a team of designers while ensuring brand consistency and innovation.

Educational Requirements


• Minimum Bachelor's/Honors degree in Fashion Design & Technology from a reputed university.


• A Master's degree in Fashion Design will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements


• At least 7 years of progressive experience in:

  • Fashion Retail Brands

  • Large Retail Stores

Key Responsibilities


• Lead, mentor, and inspire the fashion design team, ensuring high standards of creativity and execution.


• Conduct trend research to anticipate market demand and consumer preferences.


• Develop and oversee seasonal collections aligned with the brand's strategy and target audience.


• Supervise the entire design lifecycle from concept sketches to final product approval.


• Innovate with fabrics, trims, and techniques, incorporating sustainable and cost-effective solutions.


• Oversee fitting sessions, ensuring design integrity and final garment perfection.


• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, and Production teams for smooth product development.


• Provide design direction for festive, seasonal, and signature collections.


• Ensure designs resonate with both local and global fashion trends while staying true to Fabrilife's identity.
