Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating new designs, developing embroidery and textiles concepts, overseeing fittings, and ensuring that all designs meet the brand's quality standards. Daily tasks will include sketching new designs, selecting fabrics and patterns, and collaborating with the production team to bring designs to life.

Qualifications

  • Fashion Design and Fashion-related skills
  • Experienced with Textiles and Embroidery
  • Proficiency in Fitting
  • Creativity and innovation in design
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Experience in the garment manufacturing industry is a plus
