Geekssort is a fast-growing technology and e-commerce solutions company building websites, e-commerce systems, automation tools, marketing funnels, and digital brand experiences. We're expanding our marketing team and looking for a Strategy & Content Marketing Specialist to lead brand directions across multiple projects.

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

This is a strategy-focused role. You will plan, structure, and design marketing direction while our execution team implements. Your work will include content systems, funnels, brand messaging, campaign plans, and growth frameworks.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Strategic Planning

Develop weekly/monthly strategies

Build full-funnel structures

Create campaign blueprints

Research trends, markets & competitors

Identify brand growth opportunities

𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

⤷ Build content calendars & structure

⤷ Develop hooks, storytelling & messaging

⤷ Provide creative briefs

⤷ Maintain brand consistency

⤷ Ideate Meta/TikTok content concepts

𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲:

➤ Analyze campaign results

➤ Create audience segmentation

➤ Identify winning content patterns

➤ Recommend optimizations

➤ Align content with brand goals

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Guide execution marketer

Work with creative teams

Weekly review with Founder

Present strategies & reports

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

2–5 years experience in digital/content strategy

Strong understanding of funnels & e-commerce

Knowledge of short-form content trends

Strong copywriting & creative thinking

Analytical mindset & insight extraction

Experience with brand positioning & content planning

Strong communication & presentation skills

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:

➤ Agency background

➤ Experience with D2C/e-commerce brands

➤ Knowledge of key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPC, AOV)

➤ Understanding of CRO & customer journeys

➤ Familiarity with Shopify/WordPress/Webflow
