Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application & Compliance Specialist. The position is based in Gulshan. The Application & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical support to our members. Daily tasks include analyzing data, maintaining system compliance, and effectively communicating with team members and users to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis
  • Proficiency in Application Support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Technical Support and system maintenance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and standards
