Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve company vegetable seeds sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage market collections and expand market share
  • Develop brand awareness in assigned geographical area
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and growers
  • Guide and manage Market Development Officers (MDOs) to achieve targets
  • Analyze market needs and customer insights
  • Submit area sales reports and territory performance analysis
  • Participate in demand generation activities
  • Enhance team capabilities in agronomy, sales skills, and customer handling

Qualifications
Educational Qualification :
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture/Life Science (Botany/Zoology, Soil Science or any other relevant field)

Experience:
3-5 years of experience in vegetable seeds sales or any agro-industry.
