Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Development Specialist located in Khulna, Bangladesh. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, developing and managing sales strategies, and overseeing sales operations. The role involves daily interaction with clients and team members to meet sales targets and ensure a seamless sales process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Skills in Sales Management and strategy development
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with fashion industry trends is a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • At most 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in influencer marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
