About the Role

We are scaling one of the most driven and high-performing Customer Success Teams in Bangladesh. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Customer Success Agents. Your job is to guide, motivate, and push your team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of 10 telesales agents.
  • Track daily sales performance and ensure team targets are met.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and daily huddles.
  • Analyze call data and optimize scripts, pitches, and workflows.
  • Coordinate with managers to improve team efficiency and morale.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability within the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred).
  • Candidates from National University and local institutions are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 3 years of telesales or direct sales experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and capable of managing under pressure.

Employment Structure

  • Onsite in Jessore, Bangladesh | Full-time
  • Salary: BDT 15,000. Average earning 40,000 per month based on team performance.
  • Benefits: Performance bonus uncapped sales commission
  • Work Week: Saturday - Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
