Hiring: Digital Marketer (Full-Time / Remote)

Vynzo Media is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team. If you have a strong background in paid media (PPC, social ads) and a passion for crafting and scaling high-impact campaigns, we want to hear from you. You'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and more.

Responsibilities:


•Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).


•Create and execute PPC strategies to generate traffic, leads, and conversions.


•Analyze and report campaign performance (CPC, CTR, ROI, conversion rates).


•Apply A/B testing, optimize creatives, and use audience segmentation.


•Build and maintain campaign dashboards to track KPIs and ROI.


•Collaborate with creative teams to align ad creatives with objectives and brand guidelines.


•Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.

Requirements:


•At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, focused on paid social ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).


•Track record of running PPC campaigns and achieving strong conversion rates and ROI.


•Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.


•Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance analysis tools.


•Experience with campaign dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel).


•Knowledge of A/B testing, retargeting, ad copy, and landing page optimization.


•Strong communication skills to explain campaign results and strategy.


•Detail-oriented and data-driven.
