Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within a designated area, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include supervising and guiding sales teams, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports. The role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Sales Strategy skills
- Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Reporting skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the hygiene and beauty care industry is a plus
