About the Role:

SHUVO Air Service, a trusted name in travel, migration, and consultancy, is expanding its
Medical Tourism Department
. We connect patients in Bangladesh with top hospitals in Thailand, India, Turkey, UAE, Singapore, and beyond.

We are seeking a
licensed medical professional
to consult with patients and their families regarding treatment options abroad, coordinate with partner hospitals, and provide exceptional support throughout the medical tourism process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients & families about overseas medical treatment options
  • Coordinate with partner hospitals for treatment plans and medical updates
  • Provide guidance on travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Conduct telemarketing to connect with potential clients
  • Maintain professional follow-ups and aftercare support

Requirements:

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification (internship completed preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
  • Service-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in patient consultation or healthcare coordination is an advantage
