HR & Admin Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
- Support payroll and attendance tracking
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Skills Required: MS Office, Employee Management, HR Software, HRMS
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 12 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Manpower Recruitment
Additional Requirements
- HR Admin Experience Requirements:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintaining employee records, personnel files, and HR databases
- Supporting recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination)
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy documents
- Managing attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support
- Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
- Assisting with performance appraisal documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee information
