HR & Admin Officer
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Maintain HR records, employee details
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports (attendance, turnover, training, performance metrics).
- Salary management & Salary distribution & bank accounts management
- Managing seating arrangements, workstation setups, and equipment allocation.
- Coordinating with vendors for maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Tracking office assets (headsets, computers, phones, furniture)
- Coordinating procurement and inventory management.
- Managing IT support requests and ensuring smooth technical operations.
- onboarding, ID card issuance, and orientation logistics.
- Managing transport, food, or other employee welfare services.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
