strategic vision, operational discipline, and regulatory mastery

This is about owning
the entire financial backbone of ShebaPay.

Your Impact

  • Full-Spectrum Leadership
    – Own ShebaPay's finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management, and regulatory compliance (Bangladesh Bank, VAT, TAX).
  • E-Money & Treasury Control
    – Oversee e-money flows, merchant settlements, escrow, reconciliations, and fund allocation strategies.
  • Revenue Assurance & Risk Control
    – Drive credit control, gateway charge reconciliation, fraud prevention, and revenue leakage protection.
  • Strategic Partnership
    – Advise the CEO and leadership team on pricing, cost structures, and investment decisions that drive growth.
  • Regulatory Excellence
    – Deliver timely BB submissions, statutory audits, and IFRS-compliant financial statements.
  • Beyond Finance
    – Contribute to product pricing vetting, vendor negotiations, business contract review, automation initiatives, and internal control strengthening.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years
    of progressive leadership in finance — fintech, PSP, BFSI strongly preferred.
  • CA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in
    financial transformation, ERP/system implementation, and revenue assurance
    .
  • Strong analytical capability, business partnering mindset, and the ability to work under tight timelines.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks — Bangladesh Bank, VAT, TAX.
