As our operational scale and regulatory responsibilities grow, we're hiring an
Internal Auditor
to independently assess internal controls, support risk mitigation, and ensure compliance across all financial and operational flows. This is a critical position at the group level — responsible for conducting audits that help our teams stay accountable, compliant, and execution-focused.

What You'll Own:

  • End-to-End Audit Execution
    : Plan and conduct audits across
    payments, lending, digital wallets, and cybersecurity operations
  • Compliance & Controls
    : Strengthen internal control systems and ensure
    adherence to AML, KYC, data privacy, and Bangladesh Bank regulations
  • Reporting & Recommendations
    : Document audit findings clearly, identify root causes, and propose actionable improvement plans
  • Regulatory Alignment
    : Stay on top of fintech regulations and embed
    a proactive compliance mindset
    within the business
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with cross-functional teams — from Finance to Product to Tech — to reduce risk and enhance governance

What You Bring:

  • Education
    : Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
  • Certifications
    :
    CIA, CA, or ACCA
    (Part-qualified will also be considered)
  • Experience
    : Minimum
    3+ years
    in
    internal audit, risk, or compliance
    — preferably in
    fintech, financial services, or banking

Skills

  • Proficient in
    audit tools, process mapping, and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of
    risk assessment frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent
    analytical, communication
    , and
    reporting skills
  • Able to work independently, handle confidential information, and manage multiple audits simultaneously
