Currently, we're looking for a creative and proficient content creator to bring our social media strategy to life.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and productive Social Media Content Creator & Designer to execute the visual content for our social media channels. Your primary focus will be on the hands-on creation of high-volume, high-quality graphics and videos. You will translate marketing briefs and content plans into engaging, platform-optimized assets that drive results. The ideal candidate is an expert in design and editing software who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Key

Responsibilities

Content Production

Execute the daily and weekly content calendar by creating a high volume of static and video assets, including posts, stories, reels, and ads.

Graphic Design Creation

Produce on-brand graphics for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) using provided brand guidelines. This includes static images, carousel assets, and story graphics.

Video Editing & Production

Film, edit, and produce engaging video content based on provided concepts. This includes cutting clips, adding motion graphics, text overlays, sound mixing, and color correction to create finished, polished videos.

Infographic Development

Create clear and visually compelling infographics from data and information supplied by the marketing team.

Asset Management

Maintain, organize, and tag a digital library of all created assets (photos, videos, design files) for easy access by the team.

Platform-Specific Adaptation

Resize and reformat content to meet the specific technical requirements (dimensions, aspect ratios, file sizes) of each social media platform.

Quality Control

Ensure all final content is on-brand, error-free, and delivered according to the publishing schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven professional experience in a hands-on content creation, graphic design, or video editing role.

An exceptional portfolio that demonstrates advanced skills in graphic design and video editing.

High proficiency in required software:

Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator are essential).

Canva for rapid design execution.

Ability to operate efficiently and manage multiple production tasks simultaneously to meet daily and weekly deadlines.

Strong technical skills in video editing, including motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.

Keen eye for detail, typography, color, and composition.

Excellent task-management and communication skills.

Location: Remote with a potential to transition into a hybrid model.
