Dom-Inno Builders Ltd, a reputable leader in Bangladesh’s real estate and construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations, ensuring project quality, coordinating with consultants/contractors, and driving timely project completion. As a Project Engineer, you will act as a key link between the project site and senior management—ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to design standards. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Supervision Oversee and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is progressing on schedule.Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure all work complies with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.Conduct site inspections and quality checks at all stages of development. Technical & Documentation Duties Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Assist in preparing work schedules, material requisitions, and cost estimates.Maintain proper documentation of tests, inspections, and materials delivered to site. Quality & Safety Management Implement project quality control procedures.Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk-management guidelines.Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing materials and verifying workmanship. Coordination & Communication Liaise with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors.Attend site coordination meetings and escalate issues to project managers.Support senior management by providing updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.2–5 years of experience in building construction or real estate development (fresh graduates may be considered).Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and related engineering tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
