Role Description
The Student Counselor (full-time, on-site in Dhaka) will guide students in choosing suitable higher education opportunities abroad. Responsibilities include career counseling, assisting with applications and visas, maintaining communication with students and parents, and providing continuous support from initial consultation to post-departure.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Effective Communication skills and Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of the Education sector and relevant processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Previous experience in educational consulting or counseling is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
