Data & Systems QA Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) on business applications and data systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Conduct data validation, consistency checks, and system testing across multiple environments.
  • Monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Prepare analytical and operational reports to support business and management needs.
  • Maintain and update system documentation, including test reports, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Review and verify system functionalities, documenting findings and improvement areas.
  • Assist in content or configuration updates within internal platforms as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
  • Graduation in CSE / Software Engineering / ICT or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL), data analysis, and QA/testing processes.
  • Good understanding of software testing concepts (functional, regression, UAT).
  • Experience with QA tools like Postman, JIRA, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
