The Cash and Trade Proc Sr Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to apply in-depth knowledge, and contribute to the development of new techniques / processes for cash management operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of all branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Ensure timely and error-free processing of transactions and maintain a stable service delivery.
  • Drive superior client experience and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic decisions related to branch Operations.
  • Manage performance, provide guidance, and foster the development of direct reports and team members.
  • Contribute to planning, budget management, and the formulation of operational procedures.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in a related role within cash and trade operations and management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple branches effectively.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and ethical practices within financial services.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
