Responsibilities:


• Conduct in-depth market analysis for strategic insights and anticipate trends.


• Collaborate on client engagement Initiatives, improving communication.


• Craft impactful sales presentations and proposals, supporting growth.


• Execute dynamic marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility.


• Enhance internal processes, optimizing efficiency.


• Continuously learn through meetings, training, and industry adaptation.


• Analyze sales data, evaluate potential clients, and Identify growth opportunities.


• Assist in sales and marketing plans, exploring strategic partnerships.


• Handle additional tasks as assigned, contributing to team success.

Preferred skills and qualifications:


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bangla and English, with proficiency in writing.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Enthusiastic about ISO certification, adept at analyzing business dynamics.


• Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset, with strong negotiation skills and leadership potential.

Preferred skills and qualifications :


• Ready for new challenges.


• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Business Communication, Project Management, or related fields.
