Situated in Uttara, the growing Ready-Made Garment (RMG) business hub of Dhaka City, HANSA is perfectly placed very near Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, providing its guests the privilege of reaching the hotel in less than 10 minutes from the airport, with a very convenient location to access International Convention City Bashundhara and the industrial area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at HANSA - A Premium Residence, located in Uttara. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and issues effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is beneficial
