Job Description / Responsibility

  • Prepare and verify vouchers (Journal, Payment, Receipt) with complete documentation.
  • Maintain cash, bank, and ledger records accurately.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems.
  • Prepare supporting schedules for
    tax deduction, deposit, and reporting
    .
  • Prepare and maintain
    VAT registers, challans, and related documents
    .
  • Maintain proper books of accounts as per company policy and accounting standards.
  • Check and verify GRN, issue notes, and stock adjustments.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile with book balances.
  • Prepare inventory variance and aging reports.
  • Ensure FIFO/LEFO compliance in stores.
  • Coordinate with store personnel to ensure proper documentation of receipts and issues.
  • Ensure stores maintain stock registers and proper labeling.
  • Ensure store operations follow approved policies and procedures.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, costing, and audit reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to management.
  • Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary schedules and explanations.
  • Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor / Honors in Cost & Management Accounting / Finance / Accounting.
  • CACC (from ICAB-approved CA firm) or Partly qualified candidates will get advantage.
  • Skills Required: Inventory Management, Financial Reporting, Warehouse Management, Accounts and audit

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
