Responsibilities & Context

  • To assist the HOD to deal with the landowner for acquire the land, visit landowner plot and prepare detailed proposal.

  • Assist in Feasibility analysis of prospective lands and prepare business development Proposals.

  • Collect the land information, land documents, and check with the Legal Department.

  • Preparation and participation for Deed of agreement, Power of Attorney, Registration, and other legal issues.

  • Maintain liaison with government authorities related to land, the registry office, and the land office.

  • Make a chain of ownership from the C.S. record to the present owner.

  • Handling in-depth, Contract Law, Transfer of Property Act, and Rent Act; litigation be responsible for rendering legal judgment on land, regulatory, corporate, and real estate issues.

  • Collect and prepare all legal Deed/ Agreement/ related documents from the Registry Office/ Court. Drafting all kinds of Estate (legal) documents.

  • Communicate with the clients and the lawyer as & when required.

  • Perform any other legal jobs as assigned by the Management.
