Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a trend-conscious marketer who develops digital campaigns and online strategies? Sugary is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help further promote our brand and integrate our business onto every digital touchpoint. You will oversee our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and X) and manage and create emails for campaigns.

Job Descriptions

* Handling SEO, SEM, email and social media, plan, and manage all Sugary digital marketing for execution and monitoring.

* Set up and administer a multi-faceted digital marketing plan to promote content efficiently.

* Work with various groups of writers, marketers, and digital creators to keep Sugary's digital presence.

* Electronic all channels digital are to message with the brand and keep the identity.

* Analyze and use data to improve content develop and manage a strategic content calendar for optimal audience feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage original content across Sugary's social platforms, email campaigns, and digital communications.

* Research audience behaviors, trends, and preferences to guide campaign design and implementation.

* Analyze marketing campaign results—tracking KPIs, ROI, and other performance data—to inform strategy.

* Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative growth tactics and digital initiatives.

* Set and oversee campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency and performance.

* Stay informed about emerging digital and social media trends and bring them into Sugary's strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement techniques.

* Creative mindset with strong storytelling and conceptual skills.

* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities across departments.

* Proficiency in analyzing digital metrics and deriving actionable insights.

* Strong project and team management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proven experience in digital marketing or a related industry.

* Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and technologies.

* Experience with SEO/SEM strategy, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

* Proficiency in photo and video editing software.

* Data-driven thinker with an analytical approach to growth and optimization.
