Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To manage the development of prudently priced assets, cost effective funded & non-funded liability with reputable corporate companies and organizations in order to ensure Bank's maximum profitability.
  • Continuously identify and exploit cash management and cross selling opportunities that embed the bank and its products with customer needs.
  • Specifically, determining client needs and devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements and ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients.
  • Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.
  • Visit the Corporate houses, factory, Govt. organizations, Autonomous govt. institutions, NGO and as well as the high profile individuals in order to establish relationship banking.
  • Maintaining regular communication with CRM, CAD, MITS & other relevant departments towards provide best & timely customer service.
  • Disbursement of loan & advances, complying all the terms & conditions of sanction advice.
  • Periodical visit (Office/Factory/Go down) to follow up business status and stocks & receivable and report to line manager.
  • Maintaining close communication with clients towards timely recovery, monitoring & follow-up.

Educational Requirements

  • Undergrad from any UGC approved university. No 3rd division in any academic stage.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • RM - 5 Years of experience in Bank. Priority will be given to applicant with experience in Corporate/ Wholesale Banking department of reputed bank.
  • SRM - 8 Years of experience in Bank. Priority will be given to applicant with experience in Corporate/ Wholesale Banking department of reputed bank.
