Job Context

The Research Associate will play a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to support business growth and digital transformation. The role focuses on data-driven insights, automation and research process enhancement to improve decision-making and operational efficiency. The position also involves collaboration with other departments to build analytical tools, automate dashboards and integrate research systems into digital platforms.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop, enhance and automate business analytics tools for generating business insight regularly.
  • Enhance and automate the scorecard for margin loan appraisal based on empirical data analysis.
  • Automate and maintain the research database, ensuring integration with the company's website and mobile applications.
  • Develop and automate daily, weekly and monthly dashboards for business and margin loan monitoring.
  • Contribute actively to IDLCSL's digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements

Education

BSC or MSC from a reputed and UGC-approved university preferably major in statistics/MIS/ Data Analysis with a satisfactory academic track record.

Experience

  • Fresher's with good academic track record are highly encouraged to apply for the position
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant field will be a plus

Other Requirement

  • Should have basic understanding of capital market & financial products of Bangladesh
  • Proficient in R/ Python programming languages, with specialization in data analytics and data visualization
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting
