About GCS

Global Centre for Sustainability (GCS) is a multidisciplinary consultancy delivering planning, design and technical solutions for infrastructure and development projects across Bangladesh, with a focus on quality, innovation and sustainability.

About the Role

We're seeking a quick-learning, committed and detail-oriented intern to support proposal preparation and coordination, client communication, and project documentation. The ideal candidate has strong English writing skills and is comfortable using AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and document quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, format and edit technical and financial proposals and presentations.
  • Conduct research on clients, projects and related technical topics.
  • Support client communication, follow-ups and meeting documentation.
  • Use AI/productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion, Gemini, Grammarly, Canva) where applicable.
  • Maintain proposal trackers and coordinate with teams for timely submissions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (or ongoing) in Engineering (Civil/Water Resources/Environmental), Business, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent English writing, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; comfortable with AI tools.
  • Quick learner, proactive and detail-focused with strong time management.
