Company Description

Salam Steel Concast Re-Rolling Mills Ltd. has been a key player in the production and marketing of M.S products for about 25 years. Starting with Vikrampur Steel Mills, the company has expanded with Salam Steel Re-Rolling Mills, Hazi Taher Ali Steel Industries Private Limited, and a 5-megawatt power plant. In 2016, another steel production unit was launched. Our M.S 40G, 60G, and TMT 500W products have earned a strong reputation in the market.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Officer based in Nārāyanganj, with some flexibility for remote work. The IT Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, providing technical support to the company, and managing both network and system administrations. Day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring the security of the company's systems, and optimizing technological resources to support the company's operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
  • Expertise in Information Technology and Network Administration
  • Experience in System Administration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus
