Customer Service Executive
Job Description / Responsibility
- Provide professional customer service via phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to new and existing customers.
- Receive customer orders and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain and update customer database regularly.
- Report customer feedback to management.
- Coordinate with the internal team for seamless service delivery.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via social media platforms.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Diploma (Automobile)/Graduate.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency in handling phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Patient, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
