Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain and support office IT infrastructure (Computers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners)

  • Computer end-user instant computer-related problem supervises.
  • IT-related cable warring (Network, Telephone, Camera, etc.)
  • Computer Hardware Support (OS, Driver, Software, Mail, etc.)
  • Network Hardware Support (Cable Warring, MikroTik Routers, Device Setup, etc.)
  • Capable of Cisco router installation and configuration.
  • Network troubleshooting, network maintenance, and network cabling
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting IP Network.
  • Configure, install, and maintain IT infrastructure, switches, routers firewalls, etc.
  • Monitoring employees in CCTV and reporting any security issues
  • CCTV maintenance, Access Control System, Time and Attendance System, Hardware & Networking, IT Support Service, Windows Server.
  • Have to provide any kind of IT Support & any other job assigned by management.
  • MySQL Database management.
  • Servicing & troubleshooting all types of Printers, Scanner, Online/Offline UPS, IPS, and Biometric.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • BSc in CSE, IT, or relevant discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Executive or IT Support
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (IP, LAN, Router, Switch)
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Bangla, Bangla Typing is a MUST
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Responsible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to work in an office environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
  • CCTV Maintaining, Communication, Computer Hardware and Networking, ERP Systems, Imitativeness and Time Management, IP PABX, Linux, MySQL, Software Management
