Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context :

The
Senior Executive – IT
is responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of the organization's overall IT infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in hardware maintenance, software management, and network administration to support daily business operations. The position demands proactive problem-solving, timely technical support to internal users, and the ability to manage multiple IT systems, assets, and services. The Senior Executive – IT works closely with all departments to maintain high system uptime, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvements in technology usage across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Hardware installation, maintenance & troubleshooting
  • LAN/WAN, Router, Switch & Network configuration
  • Server setup, backup & system administration
  • Software installation, update, license management
  • CCTV, Access Control & IT security monitoring
  • IT documentation & asset management
  • End-user support & problem resolution

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or
  • Bachelors in Information Technology (IT) or
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science (CS) or
  • Diploma in Computer Technology (for candidates with strong hands-on experience)

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • CompTIA A+ (Hardware)
  • CompTIA Network+
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator / Azure / MCSA
  • ITIL Foundation - Service Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and user-support abilities
  • Ability to document IT processes and maintain asset inventories
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Experience coordinating vendors and AMC services
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Service Management) — optional but valuable
