Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Coordinator of Volunteers, based in Dhaka. The Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers, ensuring they are effectively engaged and motivated. Responsibilities include organizing volunteer programs, conducting community outreach to identify service needs, and maintaining open communication with volunteers. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on volunteer activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Volunteer Training and Volunteer Management
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Community Outreach and engagement strategies
  • Organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams of volunteers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in working with underprivileged communities or nonprofits is a plus
