Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and expand the distributor network within the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for lithium-ion battery products
  • Appoint new distributors and ensure proper onboarding and training
  • Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and market coverage
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers
  • Execute market activation, promotional campaigns, and product launches
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
  • Coordinate with sales, technical, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
  • Ensure timely payment collection and credit control from distributors

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

Additional Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or distribution management
  • Experience in
    battery, solar, renewable energy, power, inverter, or electronics
    sector preferred
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor handling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
