Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve call center operations by monitoring systems.
  • Support call center agents through process management, data aggregation/distribution, active participation in functional activities, and handling escalated calls.
  • Prepare call center performance reports and maintain quality service following organizational standards.
  • Contribute to organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse tasks.
  • Assist in setting targets for individuals and teams.
  • Make outbound calls to customers, collect various types of information, and store data in the database.
  • Inform customers about products and services; highlight unique selling points during calls.
  • Promote products to existing and prospective customers through effective tele-sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Listen, understand, and respond to customer issues with appropriate solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and relevant information.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Refer unresolved customer complaints to designated teams or personnel.
  • Conduct outbound calls for credit recovery.
  • Maintain efficient coordination between sales, activation, and product teams.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:

3 to 10 year(s)

  • Complaint Management

  • Tele-sales
  • Credit Management
  • Customer Support

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Ability to navigate through software applications.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Punctual and honest.
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla & English.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate call center agents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
