UNICEF: Associate Reporting Officer Position

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 per year

About the Role:
  • Contribute to the production, editing, and quality control of reports for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Establish close contacts with all UNICEF sections to gather and analyze information.
  • Maintain effective professional relationships with donors, operational partners, UN agencies, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in journalism, public administration, communication, international relations, political science, or law, with at least 3 years of experience in conducting meetings, drafting reports, and monitoring programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft regular daily, weekly, and monthly updates for internal and external audiences.
  • Consolidate and analyze data on program implementation, achievements, and indicators.
  • Participate in annual reporting and planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Administration, Communication, International Relations, Political Science, or Law.
  • At least 3 years of experience in program/project development, planning, implementation, and/or monitoring.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
