Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Health Program Manager to join our team at UNICEF. As a key member of our global health program, you will be responsible for managing and implementing programs related to maternal, neonatal, and child health care in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and planning of MNCAH, PHC, and Emergency core functions of service delivery for Rohingya and Host Community.
  • Program management, monitoring, and delivery of results for MNCAH, PHC, and Emergency, including donor reporting and proposal development.
  • Technical and operational support to program implementation, support to implementing partners, program planning, and management.
  • Networking and partnership building with health stakeholders, government, and health sector. Leading of the Newborn Sub-technical Committee.
  • Innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building of stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in public health, nutrition planning, or health emergency/humanitarian preparedness is required.
  • Experience working in humanitarian or emergency preparedness and response is an asset.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the health sector, including national-level policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
