Senior Infrastructure Development Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of shelter and infrastructure projects in response to the Rohingya refugee crisis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Construction Management: Lead the design and construction of shelter and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.
2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with UNHCR staff, implementing partners, and local authorities to ensure effective project implementation and stakeholder engagement.
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation, including environmental, social, and technical risks.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value-for-money.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, project management, and risk management.
• Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and experience with SPHERE standards.
