Role Description The Deputy Manager role at National Polymer Industries PLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Tejgaon Thana. Qualifications

- Knowledge of quality control principles, safety standards, and basic regulatory requirements relevant to industrial operations.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal stakeholders and presenting information to management.
- Ability to work on-site in Tejgaon Thana and adapt to a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role is strongly preferred.
