- Experience in Corporate HR operations and implementation of HR policies across factories.
- Practical experience in recruitment and selection, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI setting, and performance appraisal.
- Basic knowledge of Social Compliance, buyer requirements, and workplace standards.
- Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Experience in factory HR monitoring, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with HO and factory management.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Requirements
