• Ensure overall security and safety of the project, including personnel, equipment, materials, and property.
• Coordinate and maintain communication with the local police station and law enforcement agencies as required.
• Handle local issues, disputes, and security-related challenges arising within or around the project area.
• Identify potential security risks and take preventive measures to avoid incidents.
• Report security incidents, local conflicts, and other relevant issues to project management.
• Maintain good relationships with local communities and relevant stakeholders to support smooth project operations.
• Carry out security risk assessment of the company and set best risk mitigation plan to reduce organization’s security & safety related risk.
• Manage safety and security of all employees with special security protocol focusing on the top management with highest priority.
• Assess, plan and lead for safety and security issues of the establishments and projects.
• Lead operational risk management activities to enhance the value of the company.
• Identify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic plan.
• Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
• Analyze potential threat related information and communicating potential vulnerabilities and will identify security initiatives and standards.
• Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security.
• Manage appropriate liaise with law enforcing agencies for cooperation.
• Identify and develop appropriate people, resources and processes needed to enforce security system.
• Implement, monitor, change and correct security system wherever necessary.
• Set the goals and objectives of security operations.
• Inspire team members to perform duties and responsibilities.
• Formulate procedures, systems that facilitates highest level of safety and security of the organization.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources to implement top class safety and security.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities of all members of security team.
• Setting standards safety and security systems.
• Setting standards security team members performance indicator.
• Constantly monitor and modify teams performance with set standards and provide feedback on performance of team member.
